Do you want to work in a vital community service where you can combine financial administration with reception service? We are now looking for a structured and service-oriented administrator for the Operational Support department, which belongs to the Child and Youth sector in Södertälje Municipality. As an administrator with us, you will have a varied role where you work with both financial administrative tasks, staffing the reception, and providing good service to staff and managers. You are an important part of our administrative team and contribute to the smooth functioning of the operations. The workgroup consists of 7 people, including a team leader and a part-time unit manager.
 

Your tasks

Your main tasks:
- Handling invoices, orders, and basic bookkeeping
- Registration and follow-up of financial documentation
- Staffing the reception, welcoming visitors, and handling incoming calls
- Mail handling, bookings, and other office support
- Furthermore, the operational support is responsible for ensuring that premises, vehicles, printers, computers, phones, and other materials function properly.

Requirements:
- High school education, preferably with an administrative or economic focus
- Previous experience in administrative tasks
- Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
- Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
- B driver's license

Meritorious:
- Experience working in the public sector or with financial systems.
